WHAT I DO FOR A LIVING

In 1989, I went to Watkins Art Institute and took advanced draperymaking.  I soon started my own drapery company and have been full steam ahead ever since.  You can see some of our work at:  www.MooreMooreDesign.com

WHAT I CREATE, BESIDES CURTAINS

My first love is creating art in many forms, from mud pies to embroidery to quilting to drawing to pottery ... depending on my age and fancy at the time!  Now, my main creative outlets are oil painting, gouache and watercolor, walnut inks.

I enjoy painting dogs, still life, flowers, landscapes, one-continuous-line-drawing.

I accept a handful of commissions each year, but mostly I like to paint and explore what intrigues me in the moment.

MY CREATIVE INSPIRATION

What amazes me most is god’s creation. there is wonder and inspiration everywhere i look!

Artists of the past: I have a crush on Rembrandt!

I'm deeply inspired by Van Gogh, Sorolla and

Mary Cassatt and ...  the list is very long ... !
